We accept children up to 1st grade of elementary school (7 years old).
Children over 2nd grade of elementary school are not allowed to bathe in the hot springs of the opposite sex or enter the changing rooms.

You may bring in items purchased inside the facility, but we do not allow items purchased from outside.
However, you are welcome to bring water or tea in a water bottle to stay hydrated.

You may bring your own floats. We have a compressor available for inflating on-site (free of charge).
We do not have any size restrictions, but please be considerate so as not to disturb other customers. (If you run into trouble, please deal with it at your own risk)
We also have some floats available for rental (500 yen each).

Poolside space is limited. Please refrain from using it.

Children under elementary school age may be charged a child rate.
For a half-board plan, if the dinner is equivalent to an adult’s meal, the standard rate is 70% of the adult rate, and in the case of a child’s meal, the rate is 50% of the adult rate.
Pre-school children can be provided with a meal only without a futon (prices vary depending on the plan).
Children under 3 years old do not need meals or bedding and can be accommodated without meals (only 500 yen will be charged for in-house use).
Please note that we generally do not accept children staying alone.

We also accept individual use.

Wireless Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.
ESSID and password information will be provided in your room.

All rooms are non-smoking except for 2 rooms (smoking type modern western twin rooms).

There is only one room in the hotel without a bath, but it is not normally available for use.
Other rooms have baths, but they are not hot springs.

As for drinks, you can bring them in if you pay a 2,200 yen corkage fee for each bottle regardless of size, or if you set up an all-you-can-drink option (2,500 yen per person, applicable to everyone).
You may bring in additional ingredients and drinks for garden BBQ only.

There is no convenience store between Saga Yamato Inter and our hotel.
From Saga Yamato IC, our hotel is about 5 minutes in the opposite direction to Family Mart, Lawson, etc.
There is a 7-Eleven across the Kasegawa River.

Although it is rarely affected by snow,
You will enter the parking lot by going up a steep slope from the national highway.
If you are concerned about snow, please call in advance.
